Skanska is Developer of the Year at NAIOP WA's 2025 Night of the Stars – DJC

The Eight, a 25-story tower in downtown Bellevue, is 85% leased between office and retail.

Skanska USA Commercial was named NAIOP Washington’s Developer of the Year at its 2025 Night of the Stars event, held last Friday.
NAIOP says that Skanska pushes the envelope in market-leading design, sustainability and amenities, delivering just under 850,000 square feet in two projects (one office tower and multifamily tower) across two submarkets.
The Eight, which is also NAIOP’s Office Development of the Year, is a 25-story office tower in downtown Bellevue. It is 85% leased between office and retail.
On the multifamily side, Kaye in Belltown is a 31-story, 324-apartment tower.
NAIOP says that Skanska meets the needs of both the customer and the market by balancing the unique nature of these product types.
