A: Your company will need to write you a bill of sale for the vehicle that you want to put in your personal name and sign the vehicle’s title over to you. (Companies cannot gift vehicles to individuals and vice versa.)
You’ll need a few documents to do this registration. All forms can be found on your local DMV website. However, it’s important to remember that each state has its own procedure and requirements, so be sure to check with your state’s DMV before making any moves.
