The teenager made his debut against Real Mallorca on Saturday.
Barcelona boss Hansi Flick already has a plan in place for young midfielder Tommy Marques who has become the latest academy graduate to debut under the Germany coach.
Flick was full of praise for Marques after he came on as a substitute against Real Mallorca on Saturday in La Liga, with the midfielder admitting he was in dreamland after the 3-0 win at Camp Nou.
According to Diario AS, Flick thinks Marques is “fantastic” and has already let him know he will be part of the first-team squad for next season.
Barcelona are also thinking about a renewal for Tommy, even though he signed an extension last year until 2027, as some big clubs are reportedly taking an interest in the midfielder.
There’s no mention of names, only that “they’re not just any clubs,” and Flick will be eager not to lose another promising talent after waving goodbye to Dro Fernandez in the January transfer window.
