Delhi is likely to witness unusually warm, early summer-like conditions on Friday, 06 March, 2026 with temperatures staying 22 to 36 degrees Celsius above normal for this time of year.
According to the IMD, the country is likely to experience a warmer-than-average March. In most parts of the northern and central regions, the temperatures during the day will remain between 21-38°C with some areas experiencing an increase of 3-7°C above the normal temperatures due to the lack of cloud formation and rainfall.
According to the weather forecast, some parts of the Western Himalayas can expect some rain and snow from March 7 to 11. Some areas of Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand may see light showers as a weak western disturbance crosses the Himalayas.
