We’re looking for the best of the best of Columbia County, and we need your help.
The Columbia County Spotlight Reader’s Choice contest promotes our local economy by enlisting readers to nominate and vote for their favorite local businesses.
Do you have a favorite spot or person that deserves recognition? Nominations will be accepted, at columbiacountyspotlight.com/contests, through April 14. Last year’s contest received more than 5,000 nominations and ballots.
This year’s contest includes several new categories, including Business Person of the Year. Everyone who nominates or votes will be entered into a random prize drawing for gift card packages valued at $100 or more good at local-favorite restaurants in Scappoose and St. Helens.
The contest is a great way for readers to discover new restaurants, shops, services and more that they may not have realized were right here in our community.
We support local business and encourage our readers to support our local economy by doing business in the community where they live and work. These are the same businesses that create jobs, employ our neighbors and give back to the community by supporting causes that matter the most like local food banks, youth sports and more.
Voting begins April 17.
