Sky Home aims for a year of growth

New York – Now entering its fourth year in business, Sky Home USA is putting “the best of Heimtextil” on display during New York Home Fashions .
The U.S. subsidiary of major Pakistani manufacturer Gul Ahmed is highlighting products from its parent company as well as products sourced from other producing countries.
“Even with changes in tariffs for India, the biggest retailers still want a more balanced portfolio of vendors – especially for discount, where microfiber is important,” said Marci Cohen, who heads design and product development. ”

The Vanderpump Home collection, which is positioned as accessible luxury, returns after its debut last September with an expanded top-of-bed assortment. Another British perspective comes to the showroom with the arrival of Vantona Home, a British subsidiary of . The British heritage brand traces its roots to a legacy print mill in Manchester, England – whose archive serves as an inspiration for today’s designs.
In addition, Sky Home is showing its second iteration of the Blessed Little Bungalow collection with interior designer and influencer . Introduced last fall, the look offers a mix of mid-century modern, boho and glam reflecting Guyton’s take on art, culture, pattern and .
Within its classification businesses, Sky Home is expanding its presentation of . “Blankets are getting more layered and textural and puffy,” said Cohen.
Its boomed last year and will receive additional attention during market. Within the category, Sky Home offers products made in China, India and Pakistan. It also works with mills that are not as well known, according to Ahmed Fraz, president of Sky Home USA.
“Our focus has always been how we bring value to our partners,” he added, noting that the Sky Home USA team has now been together for three years. “The fourth will be our growth year.”
