It offers coverage for luxury goods and collectibles.
KoverNow has received official licensing from the Hong Kong Insurance Authority (HKIA) as an insurance agency and launched its digital insurance app on iOS and Android.
Consumers in Hong Kong can now access the company’s insurance solutions for luxury goods and collectibles via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
John Trotter, Managing Director of KoverNow Hong Kong, said the company had been preparing for this launch whilst awaiting regulatory approval.
The KoverNow app allows users to insure valuables with personalised quotes and immediate policy activation; high-limit coverage; flexibility, worldwide coverage, and 24/7 claims processing.
KoverNow’s Hong Kong expansion is also supported by its participation in Cyberport, a government-backed digital technology incubator.
This collaboration will help the company refine its technology, build strategic partnerships, and adapt to the evolving needs of luxury consumers.
Through its Partner Programme, KoverNow enables luxury retailers to offer insurance coverage at the point of sale, adding protection for accidental damage, theft, and loss.
