A manufacturer of natural health products in Manatee County has changed its name and appointed a new CEO as the company positions itself for growth. Natural Immunogenics Corporation has been renamed Sovereign Naturals.
The company, founded in 1999, is known for its product line, Sovereign Silver, which uses colloidal silver to support the immune system. Its new corporate brand identity comes as the organization seeks to evolve beyond silver into a broader portfolio of wellness solutions, according to a statement.
Dan Pearce has been named the new CEO of Sovereign Naturals. He has experience leading consumer health brands, according to the statement, which says he will guide the company into its next phase of growth, innovation and category leadership.
“Our mission is to offer natural, science-driven wellness solutions and help more people take control of their health,” Pearce says in a statement.
The company moved to Manatee County from Pompano Beach in 2016, the Business Observer previously reported. At that time, it had nearly 60 employees working at its 32,000-square-foot facility off Tallevast Road, including a laboratory, production equipment and distribution plant.
