This week brought the first best bite of the year, a sweet deal between one of the Texas Tech Lady Raiders’ score leaders and a bank, and more about the Lubbock Expo Center.
The week started with the news of an NIL partnership between Bailey Maupin, senior guard for the Lady Raiders, and Western Bank. The interesting part of that was the hometown element. Both Maupin and Western Bank started in Gruver, a Panhandle community of about 1,130 people.
