Chinese data centre operator Vnet has appointed Peter Zhihua Zhang as its senior vice-president of operational finance, effective immediately. In his new role at Vnet, Zhang will be responsible for the company’s financial operations and is authorized to review and approve the company’s financial statements and related filings for SEC and Nasdaq compliance purposes. Zhang will also serve as Vnet’s principal accounting officer.
