Publicis this morning announced an agreement to acquire New York-based sports marketing agency 160over90 from talent agency WME Group (formerly Endeavor).
Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the holding company said 160over90 will be integrated with its Publicis Sports Group and the combined entity will report to Publicis Sports CEO Suzy Deering.
160over90 has more than 670 employees operating across the U.S., U.K., EMEA and APAC.
Publicis Sports sits within Publicis Media Exchange (PMX), Publicis’ PMX (Publicis Media Exchange) unit, the holding company’s central investment and media-buying arm.
