PELLA — Central College education majors passed the Iowa Foundations of Reading Test at a 73% rate in spring 2025, well above the statewide average of 46%, according to the Iowa Department of Education.
The college reported a 100% pass rate in a second round of assessments in fall 2025, though those results have not yet been officially published by the state.
