Nike aren’t waiting for 2027 to change the game with the Germany national team they’re already doing it.
The brand just pulled up with a powerful statement for the future of women’s football in Germany, bringing together the most exciting and influential players in the country for the Female Future Football Forum (FFFF) a two-day takeover that channeled the beautiful game’s changemaker energy.
Set against the stunning backdrop of Lake Tegernsee, 19 of Germany’s top talents including 14 national team nominees came together for more than just a photo shoot. Think yoga sessions, mountain hikes, private dinners and sailing trips, all captured through one iconic image: a new vision of German football led by women.
From rising stars to seasoned pros, the FFFF was more than a vibe it was Nike putting respect on the names of the players shaping the game now and in the years to come. Athletes like Klara Bühl, Giulia Gwinn, Lea Schüller, and Sara Däbritz stood shoulder-to-shoulder with the next wave including Franziska Kett, Alara Sehitler, and Cora Zicai, sending a clear message that the future of football is already here.
The FFFF also sets the tone for what’s coming when Nike officially links up with the German Football Federation in 2027. Until then, the Swoosh is making moves now championing athletes, investing in culture, and pushing the women’s game forward with purpose.
