NORTH KEY LARGO — Helena Morton, a real estate agent with Ocean Reef Club Sotheby’s International Realty, has been recognized by the 2026 RealTrends Verified + The Thousand rankings as one of the top performing agents by residential sales volume in the United States.
The 2026 list, which measures 2025 residential sales volume and transaction sides across America’s top 1,000 agents and teams, includes 32 Sotheby’s International Realty agents among the top 250 individuals by sales volume. Several affiliated teams also appear on the 2026 Top Teams by Sales Volume list.

A member of Sotheby’s International Realty since 2000, Morton assists sellers and buyers with all aspects of their transactions. She earned an associate degree in hotel management and a bachelor’s degree in hospitality at Johnson & Wales College.
Morton previously worked for a destination management company and was the general manager of the Racquet Club, a private club within the Ocean Reef Club community in north Key Largo. Her family resides at Ocean Reef full-time.
