BingX launched the BingX Visa Debit Card and AI Claw Agents in Mexico, leveraging Wirex’s Banking-as-a-Service infrastructure to connect digital assets with point-of-sale commerce and automated market analytics. This development accelerates Mexico’s transition toward functional crypto adoption and embedded digital payments, driven by growing enterprise and consumer demand for stablecoin liquidity and real-time cross-border settlement under USMCA trade corridors. The expansion impacts financial technology platforms, traditional payment networks, commercial merchants, and retail investors navigating Mexico’s evolving Open Finance regulatory environment.

Cryptocurrency exchange and Web3 AI platform BingX has officially launched the BingX Visa Debit Card in Mexico, issued in partnership with Wirex. The card enables real-time cryptocurrency conversion across Visa’s global payment network, integrating digital assets directly into daily consumer and commercial transactions. Alongside the launch, BingX has also released a new, proprietary AI Claw Agents market analysis tool, which offers automated market intelligence for user investment management.
“At BingX, we believe the future of digital assets is not limited to trading and investment, but involves integrating them naturally into people’s daily lives,” stated Pablo Monti, Global Brand Manager, BingX. “With the BingX Visa Debit Card, we are taking an important step toward making cryptocurrencies a useful, accessible, and practical financial tool for millions of users.”
Founded in 2018, BingX serves more than 40 million users globally, offering a comprehensive product suite that encompasses cryptocurrency spot trading, futures, automated copy trading, and traditional financial (TradFi) product integrations. The platform ranks among the top five cryptocurrency derivatives exchanges globally by trading volume.
Pavel Matveev, Co-Founder and CEO, Wirex, emphasized that technological innovation forms the bedrock of the partnership. “Our infrastructure allows platforms like BingX to offer financial services through stablecoins, backed by more than a decade of innovation, security, and trust,” said Matveev.
CaaS and BaaS Infrastructure
According to Yazareth Sánchez, CEO Woman Way, the deployment of payment cards backed by digital assets relies heavily on the maturation of Crypto-as-a-Service (CaaS) and Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) infrastructure. Under this model, specialized infrastructure providers handle asset custody, regulatory compliance, card program issuance, and ledger settlement through application programming interfaces (APIs). This enables digital asset platforms to connect directly with traditional payment rails like Visa without building backend commercial banking networks from scratch, allowing Mexican fintechs and digital asset platforms near-instant transaction processing, transparent audit trails, and global payment capabilities.
The BingX Visa Debit Card leverages Wirex’s BaaS payment architecture to bridge decentralized digital assets with traditional commercial merchant networks. Cardholders can execute point-of-sale purchases at millions of Visa-accepting commercial establishments globally, complete international electronic transfers, and conduct cash withdrawals at compatible automated teller machines (ATMs) directly using their digital asset balances. The payment product features automated real-time conversion from digital assets to local fiat currency at checkout, native integration with contactless digital wallets including Apple Pay and Google Pay, a tiered rewards structure for active BingX account holders, and exclusive launch-phase user incentives.
AI Claw Agents Tool
Simultaneously, BingX introduced its native AI Claw Agents tool, a new generation of AI assistants embedded directly within the BingX mobile application without requiring additional software configurations or user fees. Designed to assist users in interpreting complex market dynamics, the software performs continuous 24-hour market surveillance by evaluating technical indicators, capital flows, financial news streams, and market sentiment data.
The tool utilizes multi-source data validation, continuous machine learning, and dynamic strategy optimization to generate contextual trading signals and clear analytical explanations. Unlike fully automated execution algorithms, AI Claw Agents does not execute trades on behalf of the account holder, ensuring that final execution and risk management decisions remain entirely under manual user oversight.
The dual product launch comes amid a structural evolution within Mexico’s domestic financial ecosystem, characterized by a rapid shift from speculative retail trading toward functional payment utility and dollar-denominated liquidity access. According to market data published in Bitso’s Latin America report, stablecoins accounted for 36% of all cryptocurrency acquisitions in Mexico during 2025, as consumers, freelancers, and commercial enterprises increasingly leverage digital assets to access US dollar exposure, hedge against exchange rate volatility, and conduct cross-border commercial settlements. Notably, 2025 also saw stablecoins surpass Bitcoin in purchase volume for the first time.
